1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Resume Builder Pro, a service provided by Tyagi IT Services (based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Service Description
Resume Builder Pro provides AI-powered resume analysis, rating, and enhancement services. Our service includes:
Resume upload and parsing (DOCX format recommended)
AI-powered resume rating and analysis
Job-specific resume enhancement
Professional PDF download
Secure cloud storage for your resumes

4. Payment Terms
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription will be suspended until payment is successful. Your data remains safe during this period.
5. Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
Eligible: First-time purchasers, within 7 days, any plan
Cancellation After 7 Days
If you cancel after 7 days, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining period.
Example: Cancel on day 15 of a monthly plan → Service continues until day 30, no refund for remaining days
Non-Refundable Situations
Subscription renewals (second month onwards)
Partial month or partial period refunds after 7 days
If you violate our Terms of Service
AI credits already used (for free plan upgrades)
How to Request a Refund: Email us at refunds@tyagiitservices.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our service
You may not share your account with others or use bots/automated systems
7. Service Limitations
AI Accuracy Disclaimer
While our AI-powered analysis is highly sophisticated, it is not perfect. Resume ratings and suggestions are based on algorithms and should be used as guidance, not absolute truth. We recommend reviewing all AI suggestions before applying them.
PDF Limitations: PDF text extraction is limited. DOCX format recommended for best results.
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
No Job Guarantee: Our service helps improve your resume but does not guarantee job interviews or offers.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you upload (your resume). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and enhance your resume to provide our services.
All website content, design, code, and branding belong to Tyagi IT Services and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior. In case of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tyagi IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We are not responsible for the content of resumes uploaded by users or their job search outcomes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
